The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 imposes certain obligations on an employer not only to take such actions as reasonable to safeguard the health and safety of their employees, contractor and the public, but also to be able to show that they are doing so by producing adequate written policies and procedures.

RSB Group fully accepts its responsibilities under the act and perform to its criteria.
To help achieve this, our Managers are trained to SMSTS standard, our Supervisors are trained to SSSTS level and all employees are minimum CSCS grade operatives.
In addition, all subcontractors are assessed to ensure that they meet the necessary standards.

RSB Group also fully accepts and understands our role with the CDM regulations, It is our aim to demonstrate our high standards of health and safety through industry specific accreditations.
